Embrace the Future with Restore and Renew Counseling and Consulting

Live Your Best Life

Prior to the start of therapy, a phone consultation is available free of charge to ensure that this is the right fit for both you and your provider and that you have an understanding of the therapeutic process.

For individual sessions, your provider will submit a packet of information to be completed prior to your first meeting. This packet will inquire about information from various portions of your history to help provide you with the best care possible.

Sessions generally range from 50 minutes – 90 minutes depending on the type of session.
